Born in early 2020 — just one month before the world faced an unexpected pause — 1001 Nights Kitchen emerged from a vision powerful enough to rise above uncertainty:
to bring the true soul of Persian cuisine to the heart of Taiwan.

Launching a new restaurant on the eve of a global pandemic was a challenge that tested every step of our journey. Yet with unwavering dedication, authentic craftsmanship, and a belief in the power of honest food, 1001 Nights Kitchen grew into what it is today:
Taiwan’s one and only home of genuine, 100% Halal Persian cuisine — crafted by Iranian chefs, rooted in tradition, and served with heart.

Our story begins long before the restaurant itself. It starts in kitchens filled with the aroma of saffron, the fragrance of basmati rice, and the warmth of gatherings where food was more than a meal — it was memory, heritage, and celebration.
